I am originally from Tokyo, Japan and initially moved to the UK in 2003. I spent over a decade living in Brighton before moving to the countryside. I grew up doing massage for my family and friends as an integral part of my culture and everyday life.

I qualified as a massage therapist in 2005 and have ever since been passionately continuing my professional development in Natural Therapies.

Having first trained at the Willbury school of Natural Therapy in Brighton, I have also taken courses at Jing, Purple Turtle Academy and the College of Classical Massage.

 

I am qualified in:

• Deep Tissue Massage

• On-site chair massage

• Thai foot massage 

• Ayurvedic facial massage 

• Massage for people with Dementia

• Aromatherapy Massage 

• Diploma in Structural Rebalancing (currently in training)

I believe in tailoring individual treatments for each person based on their physical and emotional needs and can combine a selection of treatments in a session.

I have taken great pleasure designing my own bespoke cosy treatment room in Henfield, West Sussex. It is a part of my passion to create an earthy warm atmosphere around me, and it is important to me that my clients feel welcomed, comfortable and safe.

I also offer my treatments across Sussex and at various festivals and events also regularly visiting offices with my ergonomically designed massage chair which allows you to completely relax without taking clothes off in the work environment. This service has received fantastic feedback and is becoming very popular.

I also have a background of working for people with dementia, mental illness, and young people with disabilities, supporting them in everyday life. My ethos and passion leads me to provide massage therapies into the care field.

I love travelling, practicing Tai chi, Qi Gong  and making natural skincare products with home grown herbs and foraging for my family and friends. I live with my husband, two children and our dogs in Henfield West Sussex.

 

I also make some macrame products - plant hangers, wall hangings and aromatherapy eye pillows. All the materials I use are carefully chosen and hand made by me.
